Hints and Tips from the Service Deptartment:

Faulty Headsets.
The most common fault found by our technicians is dead batteries. Before sending your unit to us for repair, replace both batteries in the amplifier with NEW Alkaline batteries.

My headset is beeping, during calls and after I hang up.
The beeping tone in an amplifier indicates that the batteries are either low or not needed. First, try removing the batteries. (Access the battery compartment .) If the amplifier works without batteries, leave the batteries out. If the amplifier doesn't work without batteries, insert TWO new AA alkaline batteries.
